Shipping Lead Monitor emails Escalate to me or delegate to shippers Rate quotes and freight markup when needed (Supervisor as well) Monthly cycle count Print sheets when needed (Supervisor as well, and Supervisor will do all the fixing)Do own counting (Dock C) Back up EOM if Supervisor cannot do Monitor Fed Ex skid with Receiving Lead Monitor Ship Request list with shippers/prioritize orders Complete orders at end of day (Supervisor and late shippers as well) GEMBA stuff when we get there Ship miscellaneous when time permits Address issues with appropriate dept or escalate to Supervisor to do so Work with other depts to help streamline shipping Answer shipper questions and help ship when necessary Hourly employee with overtime when necessary No work outside of hours unless asked by SupervisorRequests or duties outside of normal hours goes thru Supervisor first, who then handles, or delegates as needed Customer returns and filing carrier claims (Supervisor as well) If you need special assistance or an accommodation in applying, please contact our Human Resources Department at recruiting@mcclabel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
